Yopeso Romania SRL is seeking an Engineering Manager - Games SDK Product to lead the team responsible for SDK libraries that game developers use to tap into the capabilities of the Netflix Games Platform. You will deliver products and features that enable developers to integrate their games into the Netflix service and create an immersive environment for members.
What You'll Do
- Lead a cross-platform team of engineers responsible for SDK product features for mobile and cloud games.
- Effectively identify, prioritize, and manage the execution of high-impact product and technical initiatives for the SDK.
- Collaborate, build alignment, and develop strong relationships with teams across Engineering, Product, Design, and Game Studios.
- Lead technical discussions and make informed decisions regarding multi-platform technical strategies.
- Empower, challenge, and coach team members to grow their impact as individual technical leaders by providing them with context and continuous feedback.
- Foster an inclusive team culture that enables team members of all backgrounds to succeed and thrive.
- Exemplify the Netflix culture by understanding, advocating for, and demonstrating its values.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced engineering leader with experience building third-party SDKs and APIs.
- Understand the lifecycle for APIs on client SDKs for mobile devices and use that understanding to inform release strategy.
- Great intuition for crafting clean, easy-to-use APIs and products for game developers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate objectives and concerns between different teams.
- People-centric leader who builds high-performing engineering teams and leads with empathy.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Excited to work in the gaming space.
- Prior games domain experience a plus.

- Market range total compensation: $190,000 - $920,000.
