Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for an Engineering Manager to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our property. In this role, you will be fully responsible for all engineering and facilities operations, partnering closely with leadership to maintain brand standards and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all engineering and facilities operations for the hotel.
- Ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property.
- Lead preventive maintenance, life safety programs, energy management, capital planning, and repair of all building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to align operations with brand standards, financial objectives, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing engineering or facilities operations, preferably in a hotel or large hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and life safety codes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage capital planning, budgets, and energy management initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively partner with hotel leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the General Manager and be a key leader in maintaining the hotel's operational integrity.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.
