Responsibilities
- Develop a new end-to-end investment platform using advanced technology and modern software engineering methods
- Lead and support a team of engineers, guiding their professional development and fostering a self-managing, agile work culture
- Contribute technical knowledge and promote industry best practices within the engineering team
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to develop and integrate new platform capabilities
