Responsibilities
- Develop a fully integrated investment platform using advanced technology and modern software engineering methods
- Lead and support a team of software engineers, guiding their professional development and fostering a self-directed, agile work culture
- Share technical knowledge and promote industry best practices within the engineering team
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to develop and integrate new platform features
- Coordinate team efforts to prioritize tasks and deliver on business objectives
- Participate in hiring activities to identify and recruit qualified engineering talent
