Lead a team of full-stack engineers in developing BearQ, an AI-native platform for autonomous application testing. What You'll Do
- Oversee engineering efforts across front-end and back-end domains, supporting engineers at all experience levels
- Refine development workflows using Agile methods, continuous integration, and test-driven practices
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align technical execution with business goals
- Translate customer insights into actionable technical strategies for new features
- Establish metrics and processes to ensure product quality and market readiness
- Maintain deep visibility into system architecture and data flow across services
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and mutual support within the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years managing software engineering teams using Agile or similar methodologies
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a software engineer in production environments
- Proven ability to convert strategic objectives into executable engineering plans
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in SaaS environments with distributed team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in AI-native or autonomous systems development
- Familiarity with agentic AI, distributed computing, or Vision Language Models
- Experience designing scalable, tunable testing infrastructure
