What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of software engineers focused on compute and platform infrastructure, fostering ownership, technical growth, and high performance.
Shape the architectural vision for the core compute platform, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and a strong developer experience across services.
Spend roughly half your time writing and reviewing code, contributing directly to systems for orchestration, provisioning, scaling, and runtime execution.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to align priorities, integrate services smoothly, and maintain consistent engineering standards.
Hold regular 1:1s, provide technical coaching, and support career development through performance reviews and feedback cycles.
Turn strategic goals into clear technical roadmaps, ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence across the platform.
Make practical, forward-thinking decisions that guide the evolution of systems while maintaining stability and performance at scale.
Promote best practices in software development, automation, monitoring, and operational discipline across engineering teams.
