Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers through full development life cycles

- Collaborate with product managers to define roadmap priorities
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software on schedule
- Promote engineering best practices and code quality standards
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and team workflow improvements
- Balance technical debt management with feature development
- Drive cross-team collaboration across distributed units
- Translate business objectives into actionable engineering plans
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system performance
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Escalate risks and dependencies to senior leadership
- Maintain alignment with architectural and security standards
