Franklin Electric is looking for an Engineering Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational and analytical support to an assigned area, applying your academic engineering knowledge to contribute to process, tool, and project improvement while developing your professional competencies in a real work environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the collection, analysis, and documentation of operational processes.
- Prepare reports, indicators, and presentations for activity tracking.
- Support continuous improvement, automation, or operational efficiency projects.
- Perform data analysis, information validation, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the execution of technical tasks.
- Maintain updated technical documentation, blueprints, diagrams, or databases.
- Participate in internal or external audits, when applicable.
- Comply with company safety, quality, and internal policy guidelines.
Work Mode
This is an on-site internship position in the Monterrey/García area, near Libramiento Escobedo.
