What You'll Do
Guide the Brand Intelligence team, which powers core components of the company's AI platform and API integrations. You'll set the technical vision, ensure alignment across engineering efforts, and drive execution with a focus on quality and scalability.
Apply your expertise in AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to influence product architecture and strategic direction. Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to define priorities and deliver features that empower users to tailor the platform to their specific workflows.
Establish engineering practices that support growth, including process improvements, blocker resolution, and technical planning. Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers, helping them grow both technically and as future leaders.
