Responsibilities
- Create and execute corporate guidelines, workflows, and documentation to support product design and development functions.
- Evaluate and authorize supplier-initiated changes and new material submissions in coordination with procurement and business divisions.
- Assist sustainability efforts such as circular economy projects, recycled material standards, and assessments of product-level carbon emissions.
- Drive adoption of new engineering methodologies and serve as a catalyst for organizational change.
- Design and deliver training plans and educational resources for internal teams.
- Track, report, and interpret key performance indicators to support ongoing operational improvements.
- Maintain adherence to international environmental regulations, including REACH, RoHS, and material reporting systems.
- Offer technical expertise for validation procedures and process development tasks.
