CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring an Energy Technician III to serve as the local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct technical verifications, and gather data while traveling throughout a defined territory.
What You'll Do
- Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades
- Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
- Record and report to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
- Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, regarding installation in accordance with client specifications
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
- Travel throughout a defined territory
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 years of experience in a relative industry
- High school or Associates Degree
- Must reside in Nashville, Tennessee for daily travel within the region
- Ability to travel for weeklong periods in the southeast
- Ability to work in all climates
- Physical ability for bending, crouching, kneeling, climbing
- Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position)
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
- Successfully pass pre-employment checks
