CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring an Energy Efficiency Consultant to guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You will help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching.
What You'll Do
- Motivate and coach plant and facility management and teams
- Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
- Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
- Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
- Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
- Develop site improvement plans
What We're Looking For
- Must live within the state of California
Nice to Have
- Live in the greater LA area
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
