About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting sales execution and market development for a novel endoluminal therapy platform. The associate will work closely with field teams to manage customer relationships, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of clinical and commercial objectives across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Support sales strategy implementation across designated geographic areas
- Assist in managing relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for product demonstrations and clinical cases
- Track and report on territory performance metrics and sales activities
- Collaborate with regional teams to execute marketing initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions for clinical and sales personnel
- Monitor inventory and ensure equipment readiness for procedures
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence from the field
- Prepare documentation for contract renewals and tenders
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and operational support functions
- Support regulatory compliance efforts related to field activities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in field operations
- Assist in onboarding new team members within the region
- Coordinate travel and schedules for field personnel
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track product utilization and clinical outcomes
- Support data collection for post-market surveillance
- Engage with distributors and third-party partners as needed
- Ensure brand consistency in all customer-facing materials
- Assist in organizing regional advisory board meetings
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with leadership
- Promote safety protocols during field deployments
- Support reimbursement and coding education initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and product indications
