- Assist with onboarding documentation for new personnel
- Monitor and update task tracking systems
- Transcribe notes from meetings or voice recordings
- Verify data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Manage calendar entries for team availability
- Generate standard office communications
- Organize virtual filing systems for easy access
- Coordinate shipping and delivery documentation
- Submit timekeeping and payroll data accurately
- Maintain supply inventory logs remotely
- Follow up on pending action items
- Assist in preparing materials for audits
- Update contact lists and distribution groups
- Handle document formatting and proofreading
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
