Pathward is hiring an End User Computing II professional to join our team responsible for delivering technology services across the organization. You will ensure an appropriate level of service is delivered and work collaboratively to maintain and improve our technical environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide support for Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality, and operational support functions.
• Contribute to estimates on work in a timely manner and deliver against them.
• Administer end user technologies including workstation design, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Perform system integration testing of operating systems, related utilities, and hardware.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's or equivalent.
• Proficiency with: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred), Teams Rooms, support of Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), imaging tools, and break/fix procedures.
• Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA, or Apple’s Device Support and Deployment & Management certifications are a plus.

• Compensation range: $50,000 – $84,000
