Zurich Canada is hiring an End-to-End Business Analyst to act as a key liaison between stakeholders across Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and IT. You will analyze, elaborate, and evaluate business requirements along the insurance value chain, playing a significant role in project success.

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with business and IT architects, product owners, and other business analysts in agile development teams as part of an end-to-end project team.
Develop solution concepts aligned with the P&C target vision and translate them into structured business requirements.
Analyze requirements along the P&C insurance value chain, focusing on sales and after-sales processes.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with subject matter experts and user groups.
Coordinate cross-functional business requirements and support their implementation in the affected business areas and development teams.

What We're Looking For

University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in business informatics, complemented by relevant further training as a Business Analyst.
Several years of relevant insurance experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
Practical experience in designing and optimizing quote and policy administration processes in a P&C environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension.
Very good German and English language skills, high self-initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of market-leading insurance software such as Guidewire.
