  • Leverage best-in-class AI tools and data-driven insights to scale learning, personalize enablement, and continually optimize pre-sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales and SE leadership to define quarterly and annual pre-sales enablement priorities.
  • Develop structured onboarding paths for AE, SE, and SDR roles focused on value proposition, product fluency, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead readiness programs for new product launches, market expansions, and sales plays.
  • Collaborate with Product Enablement & Marketing to produce and maintain standardized pitch decks, demo scripts, proof-of-concept frameworks, ROI calculators, and competitive battlecards.
  • Maintain a central enablement hub with easy access to up-to-date materials.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops on discovery, clinical storytelling, objection handling, and demo excellence.
  • Run certification programs to ensure message consistency across GTM.
  • Partner with Sales Ops & RevOps to track enablement impact on KPIs like win rate, cycle length, deal size, and ramp time.
