GitLab is hiring an Enablement Data and Reporting Analyst - AMER to join the Field Enablement Operations team. You will build the data foundation that demonstrates how our enablement programs impact sales performance, establishing reporting frameworks to inform program prioritization and answer critical business questions about effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Execute complex data queries across multiple sources, including Salesforce and data lakes such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery, to combine enablement activity with sales performance data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Enablement reporting in Salesforce, creating and optimizing custom report types and dashboards.
- Partner with Enablement team members to define and standardize key performance indicators and operational metrics across platforms.
- Analyze enablement, content, and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to maintain data integrity, ensure reliable data pipelines, and drive alignment on reporting standards.
- Present data-driven insights in a clear, concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of reporting requests and analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame ambiguous business questions, structure analysis, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Proven experience utilizing data visualization and AI tools to build, maintain, and optimize scalable executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, including custom report types and dashboard creation, with experience supporting Sales or Enablement use cases.
- Experience querying and integrating data from various sources, including data lakes, to synthesize enablement, sales, and operational data.
- Expertise in defining, measuring, and reporting on core Enablement metrics and using them to drive actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly through presentations, written narratives, and data visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, managing a portfolio of requests and breaking work into short delivery milestones.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity working with Sales Enablement tools and systems and connecting their data to sales performance outcomes.

Team & Environment
You will join a centralized, cross-functional partner to our Revenue organization. This is a fully remote, globally distributed team that collaborates asynchronously, reporting to the Field Enablement Operations team.
