Ambience Healthcare is hiring an EMR Integrations Manager to create a seamless user experience between our platform and client Electronic Medical Records. Your mission is to guide clients through technical setup, manage multiple concurrent integrations, and provide expert-level support, ensuring a foundation for lasting partnership.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for integrating our solution into healthcare organizations' EMR systems.
- Operate as the primary technical point of contact for client implementations.
- Manage five or more concurrent technical deployments, including project planning, execution, and support.
- Continuously assess and improve integration methodologies for efficiency.
- Work with engineering and product teams on solutions for new features and products.
- Partner with Care Transformation teammates to execute a comprehensive client journey from end-of-sales onward.
- Create a tailored, high-touch experience informed by specific client needs.
- Drive implementation excellence and thought leadership for our internal team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in integrations, technical project management, or solutions engineering at a B2B healthcare software company.
- 2+ years working for Epic in an integrations role, or integrating external solutions into Epic via Smart on FHIR.
- Exceptional oral and written communication with a track record of successful client-facing integration projects.
- Able to manage several concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing high-leverage areas.
- Experience managing ambiguous, complex healthcare environments and solving difficult problems using first-principles thinking.
- Thrive in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment, valuing collaboration, kindness, and effective decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to own execution from inception to successful outcomes, coordinating stakeholders proactively.

- Compensation range: $140,000–$165,000 per year plus generous equity grants.
