Mediix is looking for an Emergency Medicine Consultant (FACEM, FACRRM, FRACGP) to provide high-quality, safe, and sustainable emergency services. This role is based in a regional health service located approximately 1.5 hours from Sydney and involves leading both emergency service delivery and clinical governance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of emergency services in coordination with the Medical Services team.
- Manage the clinical ED floor efficiently and respond to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls.
- Engage in clinical governance activities, including morbidity and mortality meetings, quality improvement, teaching, and clinical audits.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- Specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP.
