ResMed is hiring an EMEA Strategic Account Management (SAM) Director

About the Role

As the EMEA Strategic Account Management Director, you will lead key relationships with top-tier pan-European Home Care Providers, shaping long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business results. You'll design and implement multi-year strategies aligned with both customer objectives and organizational priorities, ensuring sustainable growth and expanded market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with major multinational accounts across Europe
  • Develop tailored account plans that integrate devices, digital platforms, and services into cohesive value-based solutions
  • Engage directly with C-suite executives to build trusted advisor relationships
  • Lead complex, cross-border negotiations to secure enterprise-wide agreements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across countries to ensure seamless execution and consistent delivery
  • Drive performance outcomes including revenue growth, margin improvement, and increased share of wallet

Qualifications

You bring extensive experience managing strategic accounts in multinational or pan-European markets, particularly within MedTech, healthcare, or complex B2B sectors. Success in this role requires proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead without direct authority, and apply strategic thinking to real-world business challenges.

  • Track record in C-level engagement and complex negotiation processes
  • Experience with value-based or solution selling models
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, international environment

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with preferred locations in Lyon, Munich, or the UK. The position involves regular travel across Europe and offers flexibility for remote work. You'll operate within a fast-growing, international organization that values innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
