Provis Spitex is looking for a temporary EMEA Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of events and implement pricing strategies aligned with client goals for premium ticket inventory. You'll be part of the Global Pricing team within Ticketmaster Music, working to maximize revenue across music, sports, and arts events in the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Execute a pricing strategy, creating proposals for music, sports, and arts events across EMEA markets.
- Manage your event portfolio and implement pricing changes using internal tools.
- Identify sales trends and proactively make price adjustments.
- Find opportunities for case studies to drive revenue and sales goals.
- Research methods for maximizing revenue for top-performing events.
- Present pricing strategies and results to clients, providing actionable guidance and defining prioritized events.
- Collaborate with Global counterparts to share best practices and strategy on global tours.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including promoters, agents, venues, and managers.
- Run reports to identify sales trends, anomalies, and other actionable data points.
- Work with cross-functional groups to initiate and execute ad hoc projects within tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- An analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the business dynamics between venue, promoter, and artist.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Product savvy with strong research and troubleshooting abilities.
- The ability to think through, evaluate, and solve problems logically and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Exhibiting integrity, honesty, discretion, loyalty, and kindness to peers.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people.
- Professional and courteous conduct as a company representative.
Nice to Have
- Airtable proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of ticketing, event build processes, and settlement preferred.
- Direct ticketing experience preferred.
- A degree is preferred, but not required.
