Electronics Engineer The Contribution You'll Facilitate in this Position As an Electronics Development Engineer at the 3M R&D department in Gagnef, you'll engage with a dynamic, global team of innovative professionals while exploring exciting opportunities. You will deliver value by: - Partnering with Electronics team colleagues to develop and sustain safety solutions for professional welders worldwide, including Speedglas™ Auto-Darkening Filters and Adflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirators. - Propelling development of cutting-edge products to support future Welding portfolio expansion. - Engaging comprehensively across product lifecycle - from initial conception through commercial implementation. - Participating in a collaborative global environment where R&D, marketing, quality, and manufacturing integrate seamlessly. Necessary Qualifications: - Proficient understanding of hardware design for battery-powered devices, especially those requiring high reliability. - Solid foundational knowledge in embedded programming. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. - Strong English communication capabilities, verbal and written. - Submit English version resume for application.
