Responsibilities
- Lead projects in collaboration with internal teams and field personnel.
- Review contract requirements and define project goals, policies, and performance benchmarks according to company standards.
- Coordinate with superintendents and junior project staff to plan and assign key project roles.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, design professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate, draft, and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Oversee on-site supervision to monitor and guide construction progress.
- Create, distribute, and update master project schedules to maintain timeline and budget compliance.
- Oversee project finances, including cost tracking, invoicing, collections, profitability analysis, and cash flow management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement timely corrective measures.
- Ensure all project records and controls meet contractual and organizational requirements.
- Provide guidance and professional development support to junior project staff as assigned.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership or dictated by project needs.
