Responsibilities
- Lead projects in coordination with internal teams and field staff
- Review contract requirements and define project goals, policies, and performance benchmarks according to company standards
- Coordinate with superintendents and junior project staff to plan and assign key project roles
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, design professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare, negotiate, and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Oversee field supervision to monitor and manage construction progress
- Create, distribute, and update master project schedules to maintain on-time and on-budget performance
- Oversee project finances, including cost tracking, invoicing, collections, profitability analysis, and cash flow management
- Identify potential project risks and implement timely corrective measures
- Ensure all documentation and project controls meet contractual and organizational requirements
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior project managers and assistant project managers as assigned
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership or required by project conditions
