Enterprise Electrical is hiring an Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in coordination with internal teams and field staff
  • Review contract requirements and define project goals, policies, and performance benchmarks according to company standards
  • Coordinate with superintendents and junior project staff to plan and assign key project roles
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, design professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Prepare, negotiate, and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
  • Oversee field supervision to monitor and manage construction progress
  • Create, distribute, and update master project schedules to maintain on-time and on-budget performance
  • Oversee project finances, including cost tracking, invoicing, collections, profitability analysis, and cash flow management
  • Identify potential project risks and implement timely corrective measures
  • Ensure all documentation and project controls meet contractual and organizational requirements
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior project managers and assistant project managers as assigned
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership or required by project conditions
