Mindrift is hiring a freelance Electrical Engineer with Python experience to train AI models on complex electrical engineering reasoning. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to shape how AI systems approach and solve advanced engineering problems.
What You'll Do
- Design rigorous electrical engineering problems that reflect professional practice.
- Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, assumptions, and practical constraints.
- Validate calculations or simulations using Python and scientific libraries.
- Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard engineering logic.
- Apply structured scoring criteria to multi-step technical problems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation and analysis.
- 3+ years of professional or advanced academic experience in key electrical engineering domains.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+ level).
- The ability to design complex, non-trivial engineering problems.
