Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled eLearning Developer and L&D Specialist to lead the creation and maintenance of digital learning content. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping how training is delivered across the organization by developing accessible, interactive, and visually aligned eLearning modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise under the guidance of the lead methodologist.
- Design and refine on-screen elements, including navigation, triggers, animations, and user interactions, following established templates and branding standards.
- Create clear, professional visuals and graphics that support learning objectives and maintain visual consistency.
- Revise course materials based on feedback and evolving content needs.
- Conduct testing to ensure courses function correctly across devices, with particular attention to navigation flow and responsiveness.
- Package and upload SCORM-compliant content to the LMS, managing version control, metadata, and file integrity.
- Maintain organized digital file structures and documentation for all course versions and updates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and improve learning outcomes.
- Support broader training initiatives, including virtual session coordination, attendance tracking, and scheduling.
- Contribute to the development of training manuals, job aids, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in team brainstorming, tool evaluations, and the exploration of new instructional formats.
- Ensure training records are accurate, up to date, and reflect current program status.
- Keep project documentation—such as feedback logs, version notes, and file organization—systematically maintained.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate technical fluency with digital authoring tools and learning systems, along with a genuine interest in instructional design, effective communication, and the learner’s experience. Experience in maintaining clean, scalable eLearning architecture is highly valued.
Technology Environment
The role relies on Articulate Storyline and Rise for course development, integration with an LMS platform, and SCORM packaging standards.
