The Hershey Company is hiring an EHS Manager to strategically lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety functions at the São Roque Plant. In this critical onsite role, you will ensure governance, risk management, and operational excellence by integrating the EHS pillar into our Continuous Improvement system and other Supply pillars. You'll be instrumental in promoting our culture of safety, sustainability, and high performance.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement the unit's EHS Strategic Plan.
Ensure compliance with labor, environmental legislation, regulatory standards (NRs), and global corporate EHS standards.
Lead internal and external audits and represent the unit before regulatory agencies.
Lead the risk management program and Process Safety Management (PSM).
Implement programs for accident and occupational illness prevention, conduct incident investigations, and promote a behavioral safety culture.
Lead emergency response and crisis management plans.
Manage occupational health programs (PCMSO), monitor absenteeism and return-to-work indicators, and ensure occupational hygiene management.
Ensure Ergonomics pillar management.
Manage environmental licenses and legal requirements, oversee waste management and effluent treatment, and monitor environmental indicators.
Support corporate ESG goals.
Integrate EHS into the Continuous Improvement system.
Develop, control budget (CAPEX and OPEX), and lead savings initiatives.
Lead engineering projects focused on safety and participate in food safety–related decision-making.
Develop and lead the technical team, establish goals, track KPIs, and develop successors and training plans.
Manage Corporate Security processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environment, or a related field.
5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial environment.
Previous leadership experience.
