LILT is hiring an Educational Technology AI Rater & Evaluator

Help shape the future of AI in education by contributing expert judgment to the evaluation of AI-generated instructional content. This role is designed for professionals with deep experience in teaching, curriculum development, or learning sciences who can critically assess educational material across languages and contexts.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and score AI-generated educational outputs for clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical soundness
  • Detect factual errors, misleading explanations, or inappropriate content in learning materials
  • Apply consistent evaluation criteria to classify and compare model responses
  • Refine assessment rubrics and help resolve discrepancies when judgments differ
  • Analyze model behavior to identify patterns, limitations, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with research and product teams on evaluation design and model validation
  • Support red-teaming efforts and educational quality assurance initiatives
