What You’ll Do

- Refine assessment rubrics and help resolve discrepancies when judgments differ
- Analyze model behavior to identify patterns, limitations, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with research and product teams on evaluation design and model validation
- Support red-teaming efforts and educational quality assurance initiatives
