Hadley Designs is looking for an eCommerce Virtual Assistant to support core operational functions across our fast-growing business. This role is for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured environments and take ownership of clearly defined responsibilities, executing them accurately and consistently with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer support and order fulfillment
- Monitor account health and create basic reports
- Track inventory and coordinate with the supply chain
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and system updates
- Provide basic accounting or finance support
- Maintain SOPs and internal documentation
- Execute assigned processes accurately while identifying issues early and proposing solutions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
- Ability to consistently work a US-based schedule of 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time
- Access to a reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp (or similar task/project management tools)
- Comfort using Loom for short video updates
- Impeccable written and verbal communication standards
- Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations, including clearly stating issues, providing context, proposing solutions, and recommending next steps
