Scale Army is seeking an eCommerce Growth Manager to support the business's growth through performance marketing, eCommerce operations, email marketing, and data analysis. You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to execute marketing initiatives and optimize performance across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

Pull weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
Support process optimizations with marketing performance dashboards to automate reporting.
Calculate and track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and AOV.
Use Google Analytics to interpret data trends and performance.
Build and deploy email campaigns via Klaviyo based on strategic direction.
Set up A/B tests for email flows and monitor performance.
Conduct list cleaning, segmentation, and audience building for email targeting.
Analyze email metrics and implement optimization recommendations.
Support routine Shopify updates, including product uploads, inventory coordination, and basic site maintenance.
Build new product pages (PDPs) for launches, optimizing product descriptions and imagery.
Implement basic site improvements and content updates based on team direction.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team.
Manage day-to-day subscription platform operations and resolve technical issues.
Update subscription offerings, promotions, and customer communications.
Generate subscription performance reports and churn analysis.
Execute affiliate outreach campaigns and manage communications.
Monitor affiliate performance and commission payments.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related operations roles.
Experience with performance marketing campaigns and analytics.
Proficiency in Klaviyo.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Strong ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry, campaign setup, and management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
Quick to learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities.
