Nacar is looking for an eCommerce Assistant to support our fast-growing beauty brand and contribute to a seamless digital experience. You will assist with digital product management, site operations, and launch execution on our Shopify Plus platform.
What You'll Do
- Support the Web Lead in regular site QA and testing.
- Join weekly web meetings to support across documentation and project planning.
- Support in general research tasks as we consider new web builds and tests.
- Upload new products for launches.
- Set up collections for launches.
- Complete promo setup on site, including building out discount codes, promo collections, uploading applicable assets, and QA.
- Support in web project management.
- Optimize core collections weekly based on recent performance and other specified needs.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of similar experience on another Shopify Plus website.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Comfort with all elements of the Shopify Plus Admin console, including Theme Editor, collections, and product setup and duplication.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with developers and marketing teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Comfort with other elements of Shopify, including tags, metafields, and third party apps such as Rebuy.
