Tasks:
- Process customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and return procedures
- Resolve payment matters involving PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments
- Manage and respond to customer reviews on platforms like TrustPilot
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or community management
- Proficiency with ticket management systems such as Zendesk
- Exceptional written communication skills in both German and English
- Familiarity with shop systems like Shopify (preferred)
