Join a forward-thinking team as an E-Learning Specialist focused on delivering effective training for enterprise software users. In this fully remote role, you'll conduct live onboarding and educational sessions for U.S.-based clients, helping them master key workflows and platform features through structured, interactive Zoom sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, real-time virtual trainings tailored to client needs
- Break down complex software functions into clear, practical lessons
- Guide professionals through platform adoption with a consultative approach
- Support ongoing learning by clarifying processes and answering questions in-session
- Maintain a polished, approachable presence during all client interactions
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience delivering training in software, SaaS, or corporate learning environments
- Proven ability to teach adult learners in professional settings
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence presenting technical content live over video conferencing
- Stable internet and a dedicated remote workspace
