BRANDINOVA is hiring an E-Commerce Organic Growth & Content Strategist to lead our organic marketing efforts. You will shape the long-term strategy for a fast-growing international e-commerce company, driving brand visibility and conversion through engaging, AI-powered content across social and search channels. You'll work directly with the founder to grow our audience and build trust.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and publish daily/weekly content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Produce short-form video scripts, hooks, story-based content, and carousel posts.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short pieces optimized for each platform.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, and image generators to scale content production.
- Develop an organic growth strategy to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Identify trends, viral topics, and opportunities in our niche.
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and comment interactions.
- Analyze competitors and propose new content angles to outperform them.
- Perform keyword research and propose SEO topics for blogs and landing pages.
- Write or coordinate SEO-optimized articles to drive organic traffic.
- Optimize on-page SEO for existing pages, including titles and meta descriptions.
- Track content performance across all channels.
- Provide weekly insights and recommendations based on analytics.
- Test new formats, hooks, creative angles, and posting strategies.
- Continuously improve reach, CTR, watch time, and conversions.
- Work closely with the founder on creative direction, brand voice, and growth priorities.
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and influencers when needed.
- Manage a content calendar to plan upcoming campaigns and topics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
- Explore new platforms, formats, and AI workflows to improve efficiency.
- Propose new marketing ideas, angles, and growth experiments.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms and emerging trends.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in content creation for social media, including Reels, TikTok, short-form videos, and carousels.
- Excellent copywriting skills for hooks, storytelling, scripts, and captions.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Shopify, Amazon, or DTC brands.
- Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, and image generators to enhance productivity.
- Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keywords, and on-page optimization.
- Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong research skills for topics, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and visuals.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple platforms.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to propose new ideas and improvements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with the founder.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing skills with CapCut or Premiere.
- Familiarity with influencer coordination and UGC workflows.
- Experience writing long-form SEO articles.
