Join Grace Loves Lace as an E-Commerce Coordinator and support the day-to-day management and optimisation of our global e-commerce experience. You'll play a key role in creating engaging website content, supporting product launches, and implementing SEO initiatives to drive traffic, bookings, and sales.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute the website content calendar including blogs, real bride features and SEO content.
- Write and upload blog articles, editorial content and product descriptions within Shopify.
- Ensure all website content aligns with brand tone of voice and SEO best practices.
- Manage onsite merchandising across Grace Loves Lace global websites, including collection pages, tagging and product sorting.
- Create and maintain collection pages (PLPs) and optimise product listings to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Support product setup for collection launches including product descriptions, tagging, imagery uploads, pricing and product data.
- Implement onsite SEO recommendations including keyword integration, metadata updates and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve content and merchandising performance.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on website traffic, product performance and content engagement.
- Maintain and update website content within Shopify and support updates to navigation, landing pages and site content slots.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, CX, Dispatch and Inventory to ensure accurate product information and smooth launches.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in an e-commerce, digital content or website merchandising role.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong copywriting, editing and content management skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for digital commerce and strong alignment with the Grace Loves Lace brand and values.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Shogun, GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush, Crazy Egg, Google Search Console, Google Business Manager or similar e-commerce platforms.
