Join a global leader in modern bridal as we continue to elevate our digital presence. As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you’ll help drive the strategy and execution behind our online customer experience, supporting websites that inspire and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and publish content across blogs, real bride stories, and SEO-driven articles using Shopify
- Write and edit compelling product descriptions, editorial copy, and launch content
- Optimise product listings and collection pages to improve navigation, visibility, and conversion
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword placement, metadata, and internal linking
- Manage product data setup for new collections, including imagery, pricing, and tagging
- Track website performance and engagement metrics to inform content and merchandising improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and operations teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain site content, navigation, and landing pages to support seasonal campaigns and launches
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in e-commerce, digital content, or website merchandising
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or comparable platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for digital retail and a connection to the brand’s values of elegance and inclusivity
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to tools like Shogun, GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush, Crazy Egg, or Google Search Console
