What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair technical issues across a wide range of e-bike models and brands
- Manage all stages of the refurbishment process, including spare parts selection and performance testing
- Collaborate with your team to prepare bikes for delivery and maintain fleet reliability
- Contribute ideas to improve workshop efficiency, tooling setups, and repair workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in e-bike mechanics—1–2 years for Mechanic, 2+ years for Senior level
- A meticulous approach to work, with the ability to operate independently and with precision
- Openness to testing and refining repair methods for better outcomes
- Fluency in German or English
