What You'll Do
You’ll take full responsibility for diagnosing, repairing, and preparing e-bikes for customers, from initial inspection to final quality check. Working independently and with your team, you’ll ensure each bike meets high standards before delivery. You’ll also contribute to refining repair workflows and warehouse operations, helping shape best practices in a rapidly evolving environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-bike maintenance and repair, with at least 1–2 years for the mechanic role or 2+ years for senior level
- A meticulous approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Openness to testing and refining new repair methods for better efficiency and quality
- Fluency in German or English to communicate effectively within the team
