American Medical Technology Inc. is looking for a Dynamics Developer to provide technical leadership and expertise on our D365 Finance and Operations projects. This role focuses on development, requiring you to complete builds, research solutions, and drive process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Act as the lead subject matter expert for technical configuration, enhancements, data import/export, interfaces, migrations, reporting, and workflows for D365 implementations and upgrades.
- Lead and document design sessions to translate business process requirements into technical specifications.
- Review, analyze, and solve complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process for AX and D365 deployments.
- Develop enhancements using best practices, establish interfaces, convert or migrate data, and build reports using Power BI.
- Analyze business requirements to develop business analytics architecture using Power BI and Azure tools.
- Present and educate users on best practices for technical issues or questions.
- Manage and deploy LCS, DevOps, and Azure instances.
- Handle any projects requiring programming or development, regardless of technology.
What We're Looking For
- A BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (2-year degree considered).
- 7-10 years of combined education and/or experience.
- Self-motivated and multi-task oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must live or be willing to relocate near Cleveland, Ohio.
- Maintains a valid Driver’s License.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience with ERP software, preferably Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 Finance and Operations.

- Power BI, Azure tools (Data Lake, Analytics, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Synapse)
- Power BI Paginated (SSRS) reports, Power Automate, Odata
- SQL Server, Custom API approaches including AIF
- Data and Customization Migration toolsets
