sa.global is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join their global team. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O solutions, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, training, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. Japanese-speaking consultants based outside Japan are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Cover all aspects of consulting including presales and supporting the sales team
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Perform analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O
- Provide expertise and in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O application
- Evaluate customer’s business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
- Document business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives
- Gain full understanding of current and future state business processes
- Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process
- Develop the functional design document that will drive the development process
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Train customer resources to successfully use and maintain D365 F&O application
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company’s services
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects
- Liaise with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Provide production support as required
- Collaborate with our Global teams
- Always self-update with the latest feature and technology of D365 F&O
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O with full project implementation experience
- Experience developing functional specifications for D365 F&O enhancements and integrations
- Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and / or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core D365 F&O modules
- Ability to communicate in Japanese
- A working knowledge of best practices in their area of specialization / vertical
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation
- Strong requirements gathering skills
- A demonstrated logical approach to problem solving
- Structured approach to introducing change into operational systems
- Excellent business communication skills
- Effective presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience leading large complex technology projects
- Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics
- Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms / architecture, and application servers
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
- Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have
