HSO International is hiring a HSOGS MS Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations in the ANZ region. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure D365 CE applications to meet business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional design documents outlining configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and implement customizations and integrations.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide user support for system adoption.
- Participate in system testing, including creating and executing test cases.
- Assist in data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and import/export.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation or post-implementation support.
- Keep up to date with latest D365 CE features and provide recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, project managers, and team to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
- Support pre-sales engagements by validating solutions, costing, and plans.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and delivering Dynamics 365 customer engagements.
- Mandatory experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Nice to Have
- Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
