About the Role
The developer will focus on building and supporting Dynamics 365 applications, integrating systems, and delivering scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Collaborate with business analysts to interpret requirements
- Customize forms, workflows, and business processes in Dynamics 365
- Support data migration and entity mapping activities
- Implement security roles and access controls
- Work with Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing
- Document technical designs and solution components
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Stay current with updates to the Microsoft ecosystem
- Assist in deployment and release management
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services
- Use version control systems for source code management
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams
- Support end-user training and documentation
- Monitor system health and resolve incidents
- Follow change management procedures
- Adapt solutions to evolving business needs
- Maintain consistency across development, testing, and production environments
