Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, and discharge planners
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with key decision-makers
- Educate referral partners on senior care options and placement services
- Build and maintain a robust network of healthcare contacts
- Collaborate with internal care advisors to match seniors with suitable communities
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes
- Respond promptly to referral inquiries from healthcare professionals
- Stay current on local senior housing inventory and care offerings
- Present services to interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly placement targets
- Attend industry events and networking functions
- Address partner concerns and ensure high satisfaction
- Coordinate transitions for seniors moving into care communities
- Support marketing initiatives targeted at healthcare providers
- Provide feedback to operations teams on partner needs
- Follow ethical sales practices in all interactions
- Adapt outreach strategies based on market trends
- Conduct needs assessments during partner meetings
- Promote evidence-based care matching processes
