About the Role

This position leads the management and execution of water-related framework agreements, coordinating delivery across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of water infrastructure frameworks
  • Coordinate with technical leads across regions to align project execution
  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics
  • Oversee financial performance of assigned framework agreements
  • Develop and maintain delivery schedules and milestone plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks across framework projects
  • Support bid development and new contract acquisition
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
  • Ensure integration of health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings and progress reviews
  • Monitor subcontractor and partner performance
  • Maintain accurate reporting for governance and audit purposes
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across project teams
  • Promote innovation in water solutions delivery
  • Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Manage change control processes within framework agreements
  • Support resource planning and capacity management
  • Uphold quality assurance procedures across deliverables
  • Coordinate interface management between projects
  • Champion client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations and lessons learned
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Foster collaboration between engineering and operations teams
  • Drive performance reporting and KPI tracking
