About the Role
This position leads the management and execution of water-related framework agreements, coordinating delivery across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of water infrastructure frameworks
- Coordinate with technical leads across regions to align project execution
- Manage relationships with key client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics
- Oversee financial performance of assigned framework agreements
- Develop and maintain delivery schedules and milestone plans
- Identify and mitigate risks across framework projects
- Support bid development and new contract acquisition
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Ensure integration of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and progress reviews
- Monitor subcontractor and partner performance
- Maintain accurate reporting for governance and audit purposes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across project teams
- Promote innovation in water solutions delivery
- Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Manage change control processes within framework agreements
- Support resource planning and capacity management
- Uphold quality assurance procedures across deliverables
- Coordinate interface management between projects
- Champion client satisfaction and service excellence
- Contribute to post-project evaluations and lessons learned
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks
- Foster collaboration between engineering and operations teams
- Drive performance reporting and KPI tracking
