Keller Executive Search is hiring a Dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for executive search professionals. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and contributing to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition. This is a remote role with significant growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Works well independently and in a team.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Compensation: 96,000–118,000 CAD annually.
