Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Representative to provide high-quality support to our clientele. You will relocate to Greece as part of this opportunity to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Become proficient with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills paired with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
