Quant Master Servicer S.A. is hiring a Collection Agent to join our team in a full remote capacity. This role is critical for mitigating financial risk by actively pursuing overdue payments and reducing exposure to bad debt. You will assess debtor situations and agree on structured repayment plans.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-quality inbound and outbound communication with bank debtors.
- Identify customer needs and assess their payment ability.
- Agree on a repayment plan for the customer's debt, in line with company policy.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Work Mode
This is a full remote position. Candidates must be located in Greece, with permanent residence outside the Attica region.
