ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring a Clinical Documentation & Quality Reviewer (Therapy) to ensure clinical session notes are accurate, complete, and compliant for insurance billing. You will play a key role in supporting therapy and services for children with autism by reviewing documentation and providing empathetic feedback to clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Review therapy session notes and clinical documentation completed by therapists, counselors, or RBTs/BCBAs for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or documentation errors.
- Ensure clinical notes meet required standards for insurance billing.
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to clinicians, therapists, or counselors.
- Track and follow up on corrected documentation where necessary.
- Maintain organized records of documentation reviews and quality checks.
- Collaborate with internal and clinical teams to support documentation standards and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or related child-focused services.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Ability to provide constructive and empathetic feedback.
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download.
- Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Availability to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
Nice to Have
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position operating within a global team structure. You must be available to work the specified EST hours.
