As a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through every stage of their travel journey. Working remotely from Greece, you'll provide clear, thoughtful support to Dutch-speaking travelers, helping them choose destinations, plan itineraries, and finalize bookings with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Design personalized travel plans based on individual preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
- Offer expert advice on accommodations, local attractions, and regional highlights.
- Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfying resolutions.
- Keep detailed records of client communications and booking details in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about travel trends, seasonal offerings, and destination updates to enhance client recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using English as a working language.
- Experience in customer service or travel planning, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking client interactions.
