Role Overview
Join a global travel support team as a Dutch-speaking Travel Consultant, operating remotely from Greece. In this position, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for Dutch-speaking travelers, helping them plan and manage their trips through personalized assistance and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, related to travel bookings and accommodations
- Provide accurate details about lodging options, travel packages, and destination features to support informed decisions
- Design tailored travel arrangements based on individual client needs and preferences
- Address and resolve complaints or booking issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Log all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system for continuity and follow-up
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s offerings, travel trends, and regional updates to deliver relevant recommendations
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Familiarity with the travel industry or experience in customer-facing travel roles
- Comfort working remotely with a reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Experience using CRM platforms for tracking and managing customer interactions
Preferred Background
- Prior work with Booking.com or other online travel agencies
- Background in hospitality, guest services, or support roles
- Skill in managing multiple conversations across communication platforms
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position based in Greece. You’ll operate independently with flexible scheduling, supporting travelers as part of a distributed team. The role offers the chance to engage with a major international travel platform while working from your preferred location within the country.
