Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Social Media Support Advisor to provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers across social media platforms. You'll engage with the audience, address inquiries, and collaborate with marketing and content teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers across various social media platforms, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor social media channels to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of communications with brand messaging.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating engaging social media content that resonates with the Dutch-speaking audience.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and trends to provide informed support and insights.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective engagement strategies.
